AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPANTS AND/OR VOLUNTEERS: RELEASE AND DISCHARGE, ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS READ CAREFULLY - IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS A GUEST OF FIVE DOGS RANGE, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. I warrant that I understand the safe use firearms and equipment I will be using and agree to obey all rules and safety precautions of FIVE DOGS RANGE, INC.

2. I will inspect all equipment and firearms for defects prior to and during use. If defects are noted, I will not use it and I will report the condition to a staff member of the club.

3. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.

4. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless FIVE DOGS RANGE, INC. and all its employees and directors, FRANCIS OLDS, DAVID OLDS, AND KRISTINE BUSBY (collectively referred to herein as "5 DOGS") from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of 5 DOGS RANGE, INC.'s equipment or facilities, including any such claims which allege the negligent acts or omissions of 5 DOGS.

5. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless FIVE DOGS CREEK and all its board members, club members and volunteers (collectively referred to herein as "5 DOGS CREEK") from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of 5 DOGS CREEK's equipment or facilities, including any such claims which allege the negligent acts or omissions of 5 DOGS CREEK.

6. Should 5 DOGS, 5 DOGS CREEK, or anyone acting on their behalf be required or incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.

7. I agree that this agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of California.
